Rita Gouveia

Associate lawyer of Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira since 2000. Partner since January 2009.

She has focused her practice on court and out-of-court settlements of disputes arising from distribution agreements, works contracts, consortium agreements, service agreements, and company relations.

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1998. 

She has been an associate lecturer of "General Theory of Civil Law," "Civil Procedural Law" and "Fundamental Principles of Civil Law" at the Portuguese Catholic University of Lisbon's College of Law since 1998. She also lectures in postgraduate courses in legal studies at the same university.
