The most important projects where she has rendered legal assistance in recent years are namely the following:
- project finance transactions in infrastructure projects in the health sector developed in the model of PPP, as well as in renewable energies projects;
- mergers and acquisitions in various sectors, notably in the energy sector, and in the transaction of unbundling of regulated assets in the energy sector;
- due diligence, restrutucturing transactions and merger and acquisitions operations in the health sector.
Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1997.
She has been an associate lecturer of Community law at the Lusíada University of Lisbon since 1996.
