Sabina Pérez

Since joining Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira’s Labor and Employment practice in 2001, Ms. Pérez has complemented her education and expertise through her experience advising companies and executives. This, coupled with her experience acting in proceedings and negotiating with trade unions, provides her with a global vision and highly valued skills to resolve all kinds of corporate disputes.

Before joining the Labor and Employment Practice in the Valencia office of Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira, Ms. Pérez worked in the labor law department of the Spanish Trade Union Confederation of Workers Commissions, and spent five years as head of the legal affairs department of the Federation of Civil Servants, Education and Healthcare Services of the Workers Trade Union of the Autonomous Region of Valencia.

She has given many courses on human resource management at widely renowned associations such as the Foundation for Stock Exchange Studies, the Association for Management Progress and Development, and CEV. Also, from 2001 to 2003, she lectured on matters relating to the occupational health of the employees of health centers at the Valencian School for Health Studies.

Ms. Pérez has participated in talks and seminars specializing in the violation of fundamental rights, sexual harassment, and sex discrimination, and is actively involved in implementing and developing equality policies.
