Santiago Milans del Bosch

Mr. Milans del Bosch specializes in the prevention of punitive sanctions and defending businesses in all types of disputes in the administrative and judicial-review courts, as well as in the criminal courts.

He is a corresponding member of the Royal Academy of Case Law and Legislation. He has directed and spoken at several academic events at universities and official institutions, as well as at legal conferences and seminars, both nationally and internationally. He has published several books and articles on his areas of specialty.

He is a member of the Anti-Money Laundering Commission of the General Council of Spanish Advocates.

Bachelor of Laws, 1985

Qualified as a judge and prosecutor, having passed three public competitive examinations. After 10 years as a prosecutor and senior judge specializing in judicial review, in 1998, he asked for leave of absence to practice as a lawyer.
