Mr. Crespo has extensive experience in tax consultancy and planning. He coordinates and participates in multidisciplinary teams to implement family business restructurings, merger processes and stock acquisitions, as well as advising venture-capital companies.

He has analyzed and calculated efficient property structures both for individual shareholders and company groups, from the perspective of assets, and legal and tax issues.

He also specializes in civil, contract, and inheritance law, advising family businesses on related matters.

He advises listed Spanish business groups (consolidated regime for VAT and corporate income tax), and Spanish multinational groups with Spanish and foreign parent companies.
