She is an expert in real estate and construction matters, and has participated in many complex investment and disinvestment transactions ( e.g., sale-and-leaseback transactions and buying and selling real estate portfolios) involving all kinds of real estate assets (e.g., residential, industrial, hotel complexes, and commercial and office space). She also has extensive experience in advising clients on construction and engineering contracts, and in managing real estate portfolios (e.g., hotel and service sectors).
