Victoria Villanueva

Ms. Villanueva is an expert in contractual policy, senior management, and compensation and benefit packages, and in implementing compensation schemes such as productivity incentives or flexible pay. She advises family businesses, corporate groups and international clients, with which she has extensive experience in expatriation matters, through all phases of a company's life.

She also has ample experience in restructuring businesses, both through company mergers and acquisitions and how they may affect employees, and downsizing.

She has been involved with planning and negotiating flexible labor agreements for companies in the service and industrial sectors, particularly the healthcare sector.

Ms. Villanueva lectures at diverse forums and business schools on labor relations. She has contributed to monographs on labor issues and comparative law.
