Project finance: We advise on preparing and negotiating project contracts, and on structuring financing alternatives and their guarantees, with the aim of optimizing taxes and other costs.
Competition and EU law: We advise and defend clients in cases of competition, concentrations, government aid and general EU law issues, including investigations and conflicts with the authorities and in courts in Iberia and the European Union.

Development of large-scale projects: We advise on all legal matters relating to large energy (including mining) projects (legal structure, permits, water, environmental impact, financing, issues arising with third parties, etc.). We also participate in large, innovative gas, oil and electricity infrastructures, such as salt caverns, underground oil- and gas-storage projects, and international natural gas interconnectors.
