Ricardo Riverola specializes in corporate reorganizations, separation between business and personal assets, and asset protection structures. He also specializes in wealth and succession planning. He is an expert in the taxation of financial products and investment vehicles, private equity, venture capital and real estate investment funds.
In the international field, he specializes in transnational business group restructurings and in the foreign-stock holding company regime. He mainly focuses his practice on Latin America and is a member of several of the firm’s country-specific groups.
He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association, the Spanish Finance Law Association and the International Fiscal Association.
