Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira abre nueva oficina en Málaga

Following a merger with local law firm Romero y Robles, Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira opened a new office in Malaga today. The successful merger is the result of a longstanding relationship, dating back to the origins of Romero y Robles, which Jorge Robles, who had previously worked at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira in Barcelona, co-founded with Francisco Romero. The new office enables Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira to strengthen its presence in eastern Andalusia.

Francisco Romero, managing partner, and Jorge Robles, partner, will lead the team of lawyers. Other Andalusian lawyers who up to now were based in other offices will join the team in Malaga.

With the opening of this office, Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira aims to take on board lawyers specializing in all areas of business law, particularly focusing on corporate matters and litigation. Luis Olivencia, managing partner of Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira’s Seville office, highlights that “by coordinating and increasing the cooperation between the Seville and Malaga offices, we will be able to strengthen our presence in the autonomous region of Andalusia.”
