Pilar Cavero, Emilio Coco and Santiago Milans del Bosch are recognized at the Partners Meeting

Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira has named Pilar Cavero, Emilio Coco and Santiago Milans del Bosch honorary partners. The veteran lawyers have assumed their new positions at this year's second Partners Meeting held on December 17 and 18, in which the three lawyers received a heart-felt recognition from the board and the partners for their long track record and contribution to the firm.

The new honorary partners start a new phase in which they will continue their relationship with the firm by providing services and carrying out institutional functions.

About Pilar Cavero
Pilar Cavero joined the firm in 1990 and founded the Employment and Labor Practice in Madrid. She has participated in several of the most complex and important restructuring and collective bargaining processes in recent times. She also has ample experience in advising on senior management matters, compensation and benefits.

Ms. Cavero is chair of Foro Español de Laboralistas (Spanish Employment Lawyers Association), and a member of the Spanish Labor Law Association and several expert advisory committees.

About Emilio Coco
Mr. Coco has been a partner in the Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira Corporate and Commercial Practice since 1989. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets. He has designed and advised on initial public offerings, participated in several M&A transactions, and provided regular advice to national and international companies, particularly listed companies.

He was director of the Barcelona office between 2006 and 2010.

About Santiago Milans del Bosch
He joined the firm in 1998 after 10 years as a prosecutor and senior judge specializing in judicial review. He specializes in the prevention of punitive sanctions and defending businesses in all types of disputes in the administrative and judicial-review courts, and criminal courts.

He is a member of the Royal Academy of Case Law and Legislation and a member of the Anti-Money Laundering Commission of the General Council of Spanish Lawyers.
