Cuatrecasas advises Ontime and Bankinter on registering a commercial paper program on MARF for a maximum outstanding balance of €75 million
Cuatrecasas has advised logistics company Ontime, and Bankinter as lead arranger, on registering a commercial paper program on the Spanish Alternative Fixed-Income Market (MARF) for a maximum outstanding balance of €75 million.
The commercial papers issued by Ontime will have a personal, joint and several guarantee, on first demand, provided by several of the group’s companies which, in turn, meet general corporate needs.
