Francisco Ferrandis advises on institutional tax matters, on designing investment products, and on tax planning for restructuring processes, mergers and acquisitions. He has also advised many clients on applying innovation-related tax breaks.

He mainly advises Spanish and international industrial companies, banks, and investment and asset management companies.

He started his career in 2000 at PricewaterhouseCoopers, worked at the firm’s office in Washington D.C. in 2005, and joined Cuatrecasas in 2006.

He regularly participates in seminars and forums on general and financial taxation.
