Our Beijing office opened in 2017. Together with our Shanghai office, inaugurated in 2007, we advise clients on their investments in China and other countries in the region through a team of Chinese consultants and foreign lawyers. We team up with top local firms when necessary.

Our lawyers have extensive experience advising on company acquisitions, setting up subsidiaries, investments in public infrastructure, real estate transactions, tax matters and litigation proceedings, including civil and commercial disputes and arbitration.

Our Beijing and Shanghai teams, together with our Asian Desk, a team of lawyers based in Spain and Portugal with expert knowledge of the region, provide an efficient service to Chinese clients with investments in Spain, Portugal, Latin America and Africa.
