
Cuatrecasas, through its office in Santiago de Chile, has advised Bicentenario Capital, a Chilean real estate asset manager, on the structuring of an investment fund in Chile and the United States, L2B Invest, for the purchase of a real estate portfolio in the North American country valued at 300 million dollars.
The properties in the portfolio are intended to be leased to well-known pharmacy and supermarket chains such as Walgreens, CVS, Albertson's, among other companies in the sector. The individual properties are valued at between USD 5 million and USD 25 million. Cuatrecasas' team consisted of partner Macarena Ravinet and associate Manuel Guerrero.
