Delivery Hero enters Latin American market through Glovo

We advised Delivery Hero on buying the Glovo business in Latin America for €230 million.

This acquisition by the German online food-delivery service platform, leader in the world, includes units in Latin American countries where Glovo operates: Argentina, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama and Peru.

Handling this transaction was a multidisciplinary team made up of lawyers from different practice areas, and included the participation of our Corporate and Commercial Practice in Peru. The team also coordinated with leading law firms in Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala and Honduras.
