European Network Disputes Academy

16 de octubre de 2018

After the success of last year's inaugural event, Chiomenti, Cuatrecasas, Gide and Gleiss are once again delighted to be hosting our European Disputes Academy. The Academy will comprise a full and, we hope, interesting programme of seminars, panel discussions and talks covering a range of topical litigation and arbitration issues.

Together Chiomenti, Cuatrecasas, Gide and Gleiss form a leading network of independent, European law firms. Attendees of this event can be sure of a comprehensive overview of European disputes law delivered by presenters who are authorities in their jurisdictions. Our presenters will be joined on the programme by eminent industry experts including London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) Managing Director, Dr Jackie van Haersolte-van Hof.

This event has been developed for in-house counsel, disputes lawyers and other disputes professionals. Details of the sessions are outlined below. It would be great if you could join us for the whole day, however, we would also be happy for you to attend individual sessions as your diary permits. There is no charge for this event and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
