Angela Wang

Angela Wang regularly advises multinational groups expanding or restructuring their business on complex corporate transactions, as well as advising on corporate law (directors' liability and corporate disputes).

She worked as an associate at the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and at Perez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen in Buenos Aires, where she mainly focused on M&A transactions involving Latin America. She also extended her practice to the securities market and has advised several clients on complex international arbitration proceedings in Latin America.

Previously, she worked in the legal department of DP World in Dubai, where she gained experience in M&A in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific and extended her practice to infrastructure and logistics.  

She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 2011 and is the co-author of several works specializing in commercial law.
