What are the best strategies for investing in a country? Who is the most suitable local investment partner? Which is the most advisable country to export to? Does all legislation equally ensure foreign investors’ legal security? Overseas Investment answers all these questions by analyzing the legal, financial and economic environment in 35 chapters on different countries and regions worldwide. This guide offers Chinese companies a practical manual that examines all aspects of doing business in the different international markets.

The lawyers in Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira’s Shanghai office, coordinated by managing partner, Omar Puertas, and the firm’s Corporate Knowledge Management Group, wrote the chapter on Spain.

The guide, compiled by Dacheng Law Offices, was published by Wuhan University, whose Faculty of Law is ranked among the top five in China.
