The award recognizes our Iberian firm as the best law firm in Spain thanks to our work and initiatives for gender diversity, innovation, talent management and pro bono work.

For the fourth consecutive year, Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira has received the Europe Women in Business Law Awards accolade from the Euromoney Legal Media Group. These awards recognize the best law firms in Europe with the best initiatives for gender diversity, innovation, talent management, pro bono work and work-life balance.

The award ceremony took place at the Hilton Hotel in London, where awards were given in three categories: by country, individual recognitions and specific initiatives. We received the award for best firm in Spain.

Partners Pilar Cavero and Cani Fernandez, who represented our firm at the ceremony and were finalists in the individual recognitions for the Labor Practice and the Competition and EU Law Practice, collected the award. “Remaining for yet another year as one of Europe’s top firms for diversity and tolerance initiatives greatly satisfies us and motivates us to keep on improving, convinced we are heading in the right direction. This award encourages us to carry on implementing policies and measures within the firm in favor of flexibility and equality.”

The German firm Gleiss Lutz, which forms part of our European Network, also received the award for best firm in Germany and was recognized as best German firm for gender diversity.
