Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira Provides key information for spanish companies setting up in France

Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira will advise hundreds of Spanish companies planning to develop their business activities in France or expand their business areas. This forum, under the umbrella of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Barcelona, the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce and the Catalan employers’ association, aims to provide key information on how to successfully enter the French market.

In addition to learning about the experiences of other Spanish companies and receiving tailormade advice from 15 experts in the French market, attendees will obtain the recipe to successfully set up in Spain’s neighboring country. Through the lawyers from its Paris office, Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira will personally advise companies intending to set up in Paris, particularly on the employment, legal and tax frameworks in France, as well as on opportunities in the Paris region.

Núria Bové, managing partner of the Iberian law firm’s Paris office and a member of the panel of experts, stated that the forum “will provide a wealth of opportunities for all companies with interests in France, a country with which we share cultural and geographical links. Providing companies with key legal information is essential for them to be able to successfully establish themselves in France.” The forum sessions will take the form of workshops and practical sessions that will also focus on managing sales and collections with clients, and taking advantage of France as a logistics platform.
