Adriana Serra advises national and international debtors and creditors on debt restructuring and refinancing transactions. She also advises banks and investment funds on acquiring and selling credit rights and shares in syndicated loans on the secondary loan market.
She completed a secondment with the Corporate Transactions Legal Department of Banco de Sabadell, participating in disinvestment transactions of NPL portfolios and real estate assets.
While working at the Cuatrecasas New York office, she advised financial institutions and capital-risk and investment funds on multijurisdictional financing and refinancing transactions, and distressed investment strategies.
