Alfonso Coronel de Palma advises national and international companies on corporate transactions, acquisition processes, co-investments, disinvestments, corporate reorganizations, joint venture agreements and general commercial contracts.
He focuses on international investments in Spain and is vice secretary of the board of directors of several Spanish companies owned by important funds and international companies, mainly in the energy and infrastructure sector.
In 2017 and 2018, he worked at the Cuatrecasas London office, and previously, at other leading national and international law firms.
Alfonso speaks at courses and training seminars on commercial and energy law, and lectures on corporate law at Universidad CEU San Pablo. He co-authored the Código de Derecho Español de la Sostenibilidad (Spanish Code of Sustainability Law) published in the Official Gazette of the Spanish State in 2019.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
