Advising on competition law, and M&A and financial transactions
Álvaro Caviedes advises national and international companies on competition law, particularly on investigations and procedures relating to anti-competitive practices, as well as on preventive control of business concentrations before the National Economic Prosecutor's Office.

He also advises clients in litigation before the Competition Tribunal and the Supreme Court.

Previously, he was an assistant at the Roman Civil and Procedural Law chairs at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
