Specialist in labor law, advising Spanish and foreign clients on a preventive and ongoing basis on all areas of labor and employment law; member of the firm’s International Institute for Legal Strategy on Human Resources and of its Knowledge and Innovation Group (labor section).

Ana Campos develops the firm’s R&D&I, with the key role of (i) providing expert technical support for the lawyers, through their constant legal training and updating; (ii) resolving the lawyers’ queries; (iii) coordinating criteria in contentious issues; (iv) preparing, improving and adjusting strategic document templates to the latest market practices; (v) preparing, managing and coordinating client publications; and (vi) managing multidisciplinary projects with other knowledge and innovation sections.

She lectures regularly on several courses and training seminars, including those organized by the Foro Aranzadi Social (Aranzadi Social Forum), the Spanish Association of Labor Lawyers (ASNALA) and the Spanish Employment Lawyers Association (FORELAB). She also participates in training seminars for Cuatrecasas lawyers, e.g., technical committees and training seminars in the Cuatrecasas School of Law.

She has written many publications on law matters. She also coordinates press releases for foreign law firms, including Taylor Vinters and Paul Hastings.

She lectures on labor law in the bachelor of laws programs at ISDE Law & Business School, Universidad Sergio Arboleda and Universidad Internacional de La Rioja.
