Ana María Cadena advises on succession law, particularly asset planning for national and foreign individuals and family businesses.
She also advises associations and foundations on civil matters, and individuals on matters involving disability.
She developed her career in the regional government of Aragón, working in the Department of Associations and Foundations. Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked as a legal officer at a notary's office and as a lawyer at another leading law firm where she focused on civil and commercial law, particularly in the corporate and succession fields.
She is a certified compliance officer (Cumplen) and a member of the Barcelona Bar Association where she has lectured in the Master in Family and Succession law. She has also lectured in different courses at the Catalan Association of Economists and the Granollers Bar Association.
