Angélica Bernal advises on developing real estate and urban planning projects in different regions of Colombia. She has assisted clients in managing land use planning instruments and town planning actions before local authorities and national entities.
She has helped implement real estate projects to develop different housing, commercial and industrial uses, and has provided support for property acquisition and due diligence processes, including title searches and legal clearing strategies.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked as an associate for other leading law firms in Bogotá.
