Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked as a counsel specializing in debt capital markets in the London offices of a major international firm headquartered in the US and trained and qualified at a major international firm in London.
Benedetta has extensive experience in advising private and listed corporate and financial institutions on a wide range of financing transactions, including regulatory and hybrid capital instruments, ESG-themed debt offerings, debt restructurings, tender and exchange offers, other liability management transactions, and the establishment and update of EMTN and GMTN programs, and related issues. She has a strong focus on ESG in finance and capital markets.
