Carlos Puente specializes in corporate restructuring (collective dismissals, temporary redundancy plans, substantial and geographic modifications), collective bargaining, defending clients in labor disputes and judicial reviews, inspections by the Labor and Social Security Inspectorate, senior management, due diligence processes, consultancy in sports law, ongoing consultancy in procurement matters, and the termination of employment contracts. 

Before joining Cuatrecasas in 2021, he worked as an employment lawyer in other Spanish law firms.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
