Specialist in advising clients on capital markets, M&A, financing transactions, and financial and corporate restructuring

Eduardo González specializes in advising national and international companies and private equity funds on M&A transactions and the structuring and development of financing transactions.

He also advises regulated entities—including universal banks, fintech institutions, investment fund operators and brokerage firms—on financial, corporate, contractual and regulatory matters.

In 2021 he became a member of the Mexican Bar Association.

He lectures on stock market law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho (Mexico City).

His publications include the article "Consideraciones acerca de la acción de responsabilidad en contra de los administradores de las sociedades mercantiles" (Considerations regarding actions for liability against directors of trading companies), published by the journal Abogado Corporativo.
