Filipe Duarte Geada focuses on tax litigation, representing clients in administrative, judicial, arbitration, constitutional and European courts. He represents clients in highly complex and important litigation proceedings, covering all areas of taxation and EU tax law.
He advises national and international clients on direct and indirect taxation, wealth tax, duties and contributions, special contributions, double taxation, transfer tax and stamp duty.
He also possesses vast experience in handling tax inspections, tax enforcement procedures and tax infringements, as well as corporate reorganizations and real estate taxation.
Filipe regularly speaks at and moderates seminars and conferences relating to his specialty areas and has contributed to national and international publications on taxation.
He is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association, the Portuguese Fiscal Association (AFP) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
