Gonzalo Jiménez de Andrade Astorqui advises clients from the construction, infrastructure and engineering sectors on pre-litigation and litigation relating to major public and private works and infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, ports, railway works with state-owned company ADIF, airports, hospitals, industrial and energy plants, all types of construction projects, residential projects and shopping centers), defending them and assuming legal supervision in civil lawsuits and judicial reviews, as well as in arbitrations before the main arbitration institutions.

He also advises clients on commercial litigation, civil property law, and cases involving the contractual and tort liability of different public sector institutions, including damage claims made directly to the contracting agencies.

As a litigation specialist, he lectures in several masters for admission to the practice of law under the scope of venia docendi (post-doctoral lecturing qualification) at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Universidad Internacional Villanueva in Madrid.
