Inês de Oliveira Soares

Inês de Oliveira Soares advises on highly complex and large-scale criminal proceedings, including those involving economic and financial crimes.

She regularly advises medium and large companies on designing and implementing regulatory compliance programs, including anti-corruption and anti-money laundering programs. She also provides training in these areas.

She was a member of the faculty at Universidade de Coimbra as a teaching assistant and assistant lecturer in the Criminal and Legal Science Department. In 2021, she received the “Doutor Manuel de Andrade” award from the Universidade de Coimbra’s law faculty.

She is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
