Specialist in international arbitration; advising on distribution and construction matters, and disputes arising from transactions and M&A.

Irene Arranz advises on multijurisdictional disputes, having appeared before various arbitration courts, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Madrid Court of Arbitration (CAM), the Santiago de Chile Court of Arbitration (CAM), the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC), and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), acting as a lawyer, court secretary and arbitrator.

A member of the firm’s French Desk, she was also a visiting lawyer at the Paris office of Gide Loyrette Nouel from September 2017 to March 2018.

She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association (2011) and is also member of the board of the association's arbitration committee.

She is also a member of Arbitral Women, of the ICDR Young & International group and of the Spanish and Iberoamerican Arbitration Club, of which she was coordinator of the under 40 group during 2015-2016.

She lectures on arbitration in the Master for Admission to the Practice of Law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and in the Master for Admission to the Practice of Law at ISDE Law & Business School in Barcelona.
