Jo Padilla represents clients in disputes arising from construction and infrastructure contracts, and public-works concession contracts.

She has participated in complex arbitration proceedings at national and international venues, including International Chamber of Commerce, Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce, ad hoc arbitration proceedings and before special arbitration committees.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked at Bofill Mir & Álvarez Jana in Santiago de Chile.
