Johanna Mosqueira advises national and international companies on financing transactions, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises on contractual, corporate, banking and insurance law.
She focuses her practice on highly complex and diverse financing transactions—including acquisition, corporate and project finance—and on debt reprofiling, whether under local law or the laws of other jurisdictions. She also handles public and private securities issuances and securitization.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, she was an associate at one of Peru's leading law firms. Johanna also completed an internship at an important investment fund management company.
She is a member of the Lima Bar Association.
She was an internship supervisor for the Academic Research in Law course and an assistant lecturer on civil property law courses at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She was also a member of the editorial board of the university’s law journal THEMIS-Revista de Derecho.
