José Agustín Lagos advises national and international clients on corporate and international taxation.
His advisory services focus on a wide range of tax matters involved in clients’ daily operations in industries such as mining, energy and natural resources, infrastructure, transport and technology.
He also handles tax proceedings relating to corporate taxation and VAT before the Chilean tax authorities, and the tax and customs courts.
He is coordinator of the program “Family business law: aspects of family corporate governance” at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
