Specialist in international taxation; advising multinational groups, private equity firms and large estates on their investments in Spain, and advising Spanish business groups on their international activities, particularly in Latin America.

José Luis Gaudier is an expert in advising foreign investors in Spain from various sectors, including retail, food and beverage, and real estate. He advises on structuring international investments through Spanish holding companies (ETVEs), with a special focus on Latin America, particularly Colombia and Brazil, as well as advising on the international tax planning of large assets.

He also advises companies from the digital economy and new technologies sectors on tax matters.

He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.

He lectures at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya and the Barcelona Technology School, and speaks regularly at international forums and conferences, and on postgraduate courses. He has written several articles in specialized journals and publications.
