José Manuel Rodríguez advises national and international entities and groups from the finance, construction and infrastructure, energy, retail and sports sectors on tax matters, as well as advising on the taxation of M&A transactions.
He also advises on tax planning and succession for large estates with an international component and has experience in advising family businesses on tax.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked in the tax practice of a leading international law firm.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
