Recently, Juan Carlos Galicia has advised on corporate, banking and stock exchange financing, corporate restructuring, derivatives, and issues relating to short- and long-term debt certificates (public and private).

He advises clients on financial procedures of investment advisors, asset managers, general deposit warehouses, sociedades financieras de objeto multiple (a type of company under Mexican law), investment funds, retirement fund management companies, representative offices, payment system operators, financial groups, and rating agencies.

He also advises on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint investments and commercial law, advising national and international companies, and private equity firms on domestic and crossborder acquisitions, business restructurings, joint ventures and commercial contracts.
