Juan Cervantes advises on a wide range of tax matters, including those related to M&A transactions, tax planning, negotiating contracts, and corporate restructurings, e.g., mergers, spin-offs, securities exchanges, and asset contributions.

He has assisted with leveraged buyout transactions and provides ongoing corporate law advice to both multinational and national companies.
