Julio Brasa advises clients, from a preventive perspective and on an ongoing basis, on all areas of land and town planning, and urban management, licenses and urban regulation, related environmental matters, and expropriations. He also represents clients before the authorities and in court. He is an expert in matters relating to gas stations, hotels, temporary accommodation, shopping and leisure centers, university residences, elderly care homes and social housing.
He lectures on public legal practice in the Course for Admission to the Practice of Law at ISDE Law & Business School-Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and is adjunct professor in the Master in Real Estate Development at IE Business School.
He has written many articles on his specialty areas and speaks regularly at forums specializing in urban planning law and real estate law.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
