Julio Brasa advises clients, from a preventive perspective and on an ongoing basis, on all areas of land and town planning, and urban management, licenses and urban regulation, related environmental matters, and expropriations. He also defends clients before the authorities and in court. He is an expert in matters relating to gas stations, hotels, temporary accommodation, shopping and leisure centers, university residences, elderly care homes and social housing.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.

He lectures on public legal practice in the Course for Admission to the Practice of Law at ISDE Law & Business School-Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

He is the author of several articles on urban planning and real estate, and speaks regularly at conferences and courses on urban planning law, licenses, permits and land planning.
