Specialist in advising companies on crossborder M&A and financing transactions, as well as on corporate law.
Manuel Cruz advises on crossborder M&A transactions and on highly complex crossborder finance transactions. He also advises on corporate law matters, including corporate and project finance, company law, contractual law and mining law.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, he developed his career as an associate at leading law firms in Lima.
He is a member of the Lima Bar Association.
Manuel was an adjunct lecturer of the M&A course in the Master in Business Law at Universidad de Lima and of the course on commercial law institutions at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
