Specialist in advising on tax in international matters, crossborder transactions, multinational group restructuring, infrastructure projects and employee global mobility.

Manuela Martín has advised foreign companies on their investments in Spain and Spanish companies on their investments abroad, having worked at leading Spanish and international firms.

In 2011, she completed a secondment at the Dutch law firm Loyens&Loeff.

She lectures on EU tax law and international tax planning in several law-related master programs at IE Business School, ISDE Law & Business School and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association, and speaks regularly on international tax matters at courses and seminars.
