María José Aguirre Prada

María José Aguirre represents national and international clients in commercial and administrative lawsuits before national courts, as well as in national and international arbitration proceedings.

In arbitration, she has handled national and international proceedings under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce and the International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR).

She was also administrative secretary in cases under ICC rules.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she completed an internship in a reputed law firm in Colombia.
