Óscar Vives advises business groups and investment funds on national and international transactions, M&A transactions, due diligence processes and project finance in matters relating to public law and the regulated sectors (public procurement, infrastructure, transport, telecommunications and pharmaceutical) and on the supervisory regime of direct foreign investments in Spain.

He also advises clients and defends them in all kinds of administrative proceedings and judicial reviews relating to public procurement and proceedings involving the liability of the public administration. 

He has been a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 2016.

He regularly speaks at courses and training seminars organized by entities and institutions and writes articles in specialized journals.
