Specialist on advising Spanish and international companies and private equity firms on domestic and crossborder mergers and acquisitions, collaboration and joint venture agreements, and corporate group restructurings.
Sara Shackleford advises clients on incorporating, winding up and liquidating companies, as well as on share capital increases and reductions. She assists clients with amending bylaws and drafting commercial contracts.
Before joining the firm, she worked as secondee at the Argentinian law firm Pérez-Alati, Grondona, Benites, Arntsen & Martínez de Hoz in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and as a foreign associate at the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis.
She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (2012) and admitted to practice in New York in 2017.
