Valentina Bocanegra

Valentina Bocanegra advises financial institutions on finance law, financing transactions, capital markets and good corporate governance. She handles the structuring of local and international securities issues. She advises local and foreign private capital funds, particularly on corporate governance, and assists them with fund structuring and incorporations. She also advises on other matters related to the Colombian securities market and finance law.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked in the capital markets department of a leading law firm.
