Our Public Law Practice, strongly commended by clients for our team's availability, technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities, focuses on the relations between public and private entities, and inter-administrative relations from an administrative law standpoint, advising both public entities and Iberian and foreign private entities.

We advise public (central or local) entities in relation to public services, and the organization and operation of public entities, including state-owned and municipal companies. In the context of pre-contract procedures, we advise on drafting the corresponding tender contract documentation and, during the pre-contract stage, we advise on the awarding, the performance of the contract, and the launching and monitoring of public-private partnerships. We also advise on the preparation of land-use planning.

We advise private entities (Iberian and foreign natural and legal persons), particularly on drafting statements of claim and applications to the public entities of the central and local administration, and assisting with the ensuing administrative procedures. We assist with the drafting of tenders in pre-contractual procedures, assisting clients with the tenders in the various stages of those procedures, particularly during the negotiations. We advise on land-use planning, and on preparing and implementing development, tourism and industrial projects with the central and local administration, and we advise on administrative and legal actions and administrative offense proceedings, particularly of an environmental and town-planning nature, as well as on matters involving regulated sectors.
