Specialist in labor and employment law, with expertise in collective bargaining, downsizing processes and labor litigation.

Francisco José García Molina has successfully handled important projects at national level involving collective dismissals in companies and public administrations, from preparing and implementing these projects to defending them in court, as well as advising on labor restructuring in business groups in the automotive, construction, distribution, food, and hotel and tourism sectors.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he headed the labor law department of a leading Spanish law firm.

He has lectured at the Universidad de Málaga since 2013 and at the Universidad Internacional de Andalucía since 2011. He has also offered seminars at institutions such as the British Chamber of Commerce in Málaga and the British Embassy in Madrid.

He has contributed to several publications and has written many specialized articles in local and national newspapers.
